The Challenge

Before working with PostMeld, OZ Security [describe the challenge — e.g. was managing event registrations manually via email, had no central site for attendees to find schedule and speaker info]. This created [explain the pain — e.g. administrative overhead and a poor attendee experience].

The platform also needed to [add constraints — e.g. handle real-time schedule changes, support hundreds of concurrent attendees, integrate with an existing ticketing provider].

The Solution

PostMeld built a Flask-powered back-end application that [describe what it does — e.g. pulls schedule data from DynamoDB, renders speaker and session pages dynamically, handles attendee registration]. The architecture was chosen to [explain the reasoning — e.g. allow non-technical staff to update session content without touching code].

A standout feature was [describe something notable — e.g. the real-time session capacity counter, the QR-code-based check-in flow, the sponsor management dashboard] which [explain its impact].
